I had it until 2021. In the beginning when I went hunting when we had a base camp and I went out for days and it did wonders, it had everything I needed because at that time it was very hot so there was a lot of water. and don't have a million strings so it doesn't happen. I've spent many other trips just sitting in the pack to use and take out if I need to go out on a limb. so much to use well. I've used this for no problem, and it makes my dad, who spends a lot of time in the woods and hunting, jealous of me because he carries his big bag on his back if we're walking and I hit the bush quickly. . all the time without holding back and doing nothing. and I remember my mom telling me to use all the modern non-military stuff because it's better, when in fact it would be better than any expensive hydration pack, so don't let the big stuff get in your way deceive sometimes. Really great product and hope to use it in the future.
I totally agree with Dylan, I went back and made a couple for the kids, it's so much better than walking around a cafe with your face in the bush.

It's worth the price, which is a bit lower than some name-brand alternatives, thanks to some important designer considerations. I was really annoyed that the camel's old mouth/bladder was covered in mud and fur when I took it out of the pack to fill the bush. This can also happen when you're treading on dense grass like Pureor. However, this bladder has a mouth cover, which itself is much stronger than the previous one, which started to split. Not only have they thought of this, but the wire is coated with some kind of durable fabric that keeps the water in the faucet cool and protected from damage. The straps are also handy if you're out on a day hunt and don't want to bring a big pack to carry water (it actually goes well with some of the belts and bags you'll find elsewhere here). Another plus for me was that it didn't have the pressure system that my old bladder had which made it more difficult than it should have been, and it's also easy to fill, you can throw it in the drain with the cap open. . and drag to fill. A great package, one of the rare examples where something the military uses is actually better than most commercial alternatives.
